By accessing the Calendar Toolbox, you can create rates based on Nightly, Weekly, or Monthly terms. The process involves setting rates for chosen time periods, customising prices and restrictions for different days of the week.
Default Rate Settings
Rates are automatically set based on the Default Rate when the Unit Type was created.
Rates can be manually overridden.
Setting Specific Rates for Certain Dates
Log into your Zeevou account.
Navigate to Calendar on the main menu.
Select Calendar ToolBox in the right corner.
Click on Create Rates.
On the pop-up, choose Nightly, Weekly, or Monthly rates.
Then, you will be directed to a new page to insert the information in two steps:
Step 1: Rate Settings
Choose the dates for which you want to set the rates.
In the Setting, choose between Fixed Rates and Day of the Week / Month of the Year.
Fixed Rates: Choose Fixed Rates to apply the same rate for the entire selected period (this is not applicable for Weekly Rates).
Set Restrictions by toggling options for:
Override Stop Check-Ins: Guests cannot check in on the selected days.
Override Stop Check-Outs: Guests cannot check out on the selected days.
Override Stop Sell: Guests cannot book on the selected days.
Day of the Week / Month of the Year: Click on Day of the Week / Month of the Year to set specific rates for different days or months (this is not applicable for Weekly Rates).
Note: When you fill in the first row, the data will automatically be copied to the rest of the rows. You can manually change the data in each row if needed.
After setting the rates and restrictions, click on Next.
Step 2: Apply To
Choose the Nightly/Weekly/Monthly Rate Plans you want to apply the new rates to.
Open all arrows to ensure you are applying changes to the correct Rate Plans.
Note: Rate Plans are filtered based on the selected currency.
After reviewing all settings, click on Complete.
Then you can see the new rates on the Rates & Availability Calendar.
Note: Rates can be overridden by adding or setting a new rate.
