This process only scrapes data from your Airbnb listing. You do not need to be logged in to your Airbnb account to use the import process. Importing a listing:
Does not affect or change any data in your Airbnb account.
Does not create an Airbnb integration with Zeevou.
Only imports the information available from the Airbnb listing.
After importing your listing into Zeevou, you can map it to Airbnb and any other channels you want to integrate through Zeevou.
From the Listings dashboard, click Add a Listing in the top-right corner.
Select Import Airbnb Listings.
Log in to Airbnb.
Open the Airbnb listing you want to import.
Click View mode on your listing.
Click Share to display the public listing URL.
Copy the public Airbnb URL.
For example:
(https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/1318754333696514746)
Return to Zeevou and paste the URL into the open window.
Select As a New Listing.
Click Import.
You will be taken to the Listing Import Wizard, where you can add information that cannot be pulled from Airbnb.
The Listing Import Wizard contains seven steps.
Enter your listing's location details:
Address
City
Postcode
Check the location shown on the map and confirm that the pin is in the correct position.
Tick the checkbox to confirm the pin location.
Click Next.
Enter the basic information for your listing:
Listing Type — Optional.
Unit Type Category — Select the category that best describes the accommodation.
Internal Name — Enter an internal name for the listing. Follow the character limit shown in Zeevou.
Check-in & Check-out Method — Select the applicable method.
Number of Units — Enter the number of Units represented by this Airbnb listing.
Unit Names — Enter the name of each Unit.
Review the information and click Next.
Review and, if necessary, edit the information that will be used for marketing your listing.
Marketing Headline
Description — Optional.
You can edit the information imported from Airbnb or add information that is missing.
Click Next.
Review the images imported from Airbnb and add any additional images you want to use.
Click Upload Images.
Select the images you want to add.
Hover over the image and click the gear icon.
You can edit the image settings and caption as needed.
Hover over the image and click the bin icon.
Review the images and captions before continuing.
Click Next.
Add the amenities that are available in all Units of the Listing.
Click Add Amenities.
Click the search icon.
Search for and select the amenities available in all Units.
Hover over the amenity and click the bin icon.
Important: Only add an amenity at this level if it is available in all Units of the Listing.
Click Next.
Enter the pricing information for your base price.
Complete the following fields:
Currency
Weekday Price
Weekend Price
Maximum Capacity per Unit
Number of Guests Included in Price
If the number of guests included in the price is lower than the maximum capacity, you can also enter an:
Additional Fee for Extra Guests
You can optionally enable:
Security Deposit
Cleaning Fee
Note: The prices entered here are your initial base prices. You can override them manually later or integrate a dynamic pricing tool.
Review your pricing information and click Next.
Select the Brands where you want to publish the listing.
Select one or more Brands.
Select a Default Brand.
The Default Brand is used for bookings that come from Channels.
Review your selections and continue.
Once you have completed the Listing Import Wizard, you can activate the listing or save it as a draft.
To activate the listing, click Finalise Activation.
The listing will then appear under the Active section on the Listings landing page.
If you are not ready to activate the listing, click Save draft and activate later.
You can return to the draft and complete it later.
If you are using Zeevou on a desktop:
On the Listings page, scroll to the right to find the Draft tab.
Click Drafts.
Select the listing you want to continue setting up.
Click Complete.
You can then continue the remaining setup steps and activate the listing when it is ready.
After importing your listing, add the bedroom and bed information for each Unit Type.
Go to Listings.
Select the relevant property.
Open the Details Card.
If the property has multiple Unit Types, open the Details Card for the relevant Unit Type.
At the bottom of the page, click Add Rooms and Spaces.
Enter the bedroom count.
Enter the bed count.
Click Save.
Important: Add enough bedrooms and beds to match the guest capacity of the Unit Type. Bedrooms and beds must be added before you map the property to channels.
Repeat this for each Unit Type where required.
If you have multiple Unit Types at the same Property, you can import additional Airbnb listings as Unit Types within the same Zeevou Listing.
For example, if one physical property contains:
5 one-bedroom apartments listed on Airbnb
3 two-bedroom apartments listed on Airbnb
you can import the first Airbnb listing as the initial Listing and import the other Airbnb listings as additional Unit Types within that same Zeevou Listing.
From the Listings dashboard, click Add a Listing in the top-right corner.
Select Import Airbnb Listings.
Copy the Airbnb URL/ID of the listing you want to import.
Paste the URL/ID into the open window.
Select As a New Unit Type under an Existing Listing.
From the dropdown menu, select the Property where you want to add the Unit Type.
Only active properties are available for selection.
Click Import.
The imported Airbnb listing will be added as an additional Unit Type within the selected Zeevou Listing.
Repeat these steps for each additional Unit Type you want to import.
Once you have imported and completed all your properties, proceed to [Setting Your Rates].
