Zeevou does not support cancellation policies for the Direct channel. However, you can view some OTAs’ cancellation policies for Type A connections through the Mapping Dashboard.
Click the Map Rates & Policies icon.
Click Edit for the relevant channel.
Open the Policies tab at the top.
There, you can view and adjust the cancellation policy.
