Easily find out why a booking was cancelled. Follow our quick guide to locate the cancellation reason on your dashboard by hovering over the info icon.
Go to the cancelled booking in your dashboard.
Find the section that states “This Booking has been Cancelled.”
Hover your mouse over the info icon ().
The cancellation reason will appear in a small pop-up window.
