To apply VAT with any desired amount to the management fee for a specific property:
Create a new tax rate with a tax component type set to VAT.
Select Management Fee as the tax item.
In the Apply To section, choose the rate plans you want this tax to be applied to.
Note: This tax rate will only apply to future bookings.
If you want it applied to existing bookings, first create the tax rate as described above, then send us a list of the bookings so we can apply the tax manually.
