This error means Zeevou does not currently have permission to manage your property on Booking.com, so it cannot push rates or availability.
How to Fix It: Grant Access in Booking.com
Log in to your Booking.com Extranet at admin.booking.com.
Go to the Account menu (top right corner) and click Connectivity Provider (or go to: Account > Connectivity Provider).
If Zeevou is already selected:
Click “Manage” next to Zeevou.
Tick all the required access checkboxes, especially:
Rates & Availability
Reservations
Content (optional but recommended)
If Zeevou is not listed:
Click “Switch provider” or “Add a provider”.
Search and select Zeevou from the list.
Confirm and grant all required permissions.
Go back to Zeevou, click Retry All on the rate error, or Activate the rate again.
