Zeevou allows admins to manage staff passwords directly from the platform. Here’s how to handle both initial password setup and password resets.
Go to Contacts → Staff → Profiles.
Click Create Staff.
Fill in the staff details, including the Password field.
Click Create to save the staff profile.
Note: Make sure to choose a secure password and share it with the staff member securely.
If a staff member forgets their password or needs to update it:
Log in to app.zeevou.com.
Click on the Staff Management icon in the navigation bar.
Find and open the staff record.
Click Manage Staff Account → Reset Password.
Enter a new password or let the system generate one.
