To require guests to pay immediately after submitting their reservation, follow these steps:
Log in to your Zeevou account.
Navigate to Marketing→ General Settings → Theme and Design → Site Management
Scroll down to find the section titled “Direct Booking Process Settings.”
Under “Redirect Guests to”, you will see three options:
The first page of the Online Check-in Process
The Payment Page of the Online Check-in Process (select this one)
None (Further instructions sent via email)
Select the second option:
“The Payment Page of the Online Check-in Process.”
This ensures that guests are automatically taken to the payment page right after submitting their reservation.
Your changes will be saved automatically, or you may need to click Save (if prompted).
