Note that before any step, if you log in to app.zeevou.com and see the below figure in your Listings Dashboard page, please follow Connection Type A Instructions. Otherwise, go ahead with Connection Type B Instructions.
Log into Booking.com Extranet and open your desired listing page.
Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Connectivity Provider.
If your listing is connected to another channel manager, click Switch to a new channel manager and confirm using the code sent via SMS/email.
Note: Ensure your Listing, Unit Type, and Unit are fully set up in both Zeevou and BDC to avoid bookings being assigned to incorrect units.
Under Channel Manager’s Name, search for QuickConnect and select it.
Tick Extranet Access and click Connect.
There is no need to wait for Quick Connect to approve it and you should proceed with the next setup steps.
Copy your Listing ID from BDC. (found at the top-center of your Extranet page).
Log into app.zeevou.com, go to Listings, and click Manage Channels in the top right.
Select Booking.com. You’ll have two options to continue:
A. First Property:
If it is your first property, tick Attestation.
Then click Save & Next.
Click Synchronise Your First Property and confirm by clicking Yes.
Paste the Hotel ID, verify the currency, and click Next.
B. Additional Property: Click on Add more Properties:
Then, Choose the identity confirmation method:
Note: It will show you the registered Email address or LEID that was used before for your first mapping. Select one of these if you're mapping to the same group BDC account.
Click on Next.
Enter Booking.com property ID
Paste your listing ID and click Next.
To link a BDC listing to a Zeevou rate plan, click Connect This Room.
Then, click Manage 1 Rate and select Activate.
Adjust the number of people in pricing under Advanced, set the markup percentage if needed, and click Save.
You should import existing bookings, go to Manage Channels, select Booking.com, click the three dots on the right next to the arrow, and choose Import Booking.com Bookings. Click Proceed and Import. It may take some time to import all future existing bookings.
Note that if If you have not completed all the steps above to connect to BDC, you will see the errors when you open the Booking.com card in the Channel Manager.
To set extra guest pricing on BDC:Go to Calendar under Rates & Availability, expand the main rate, and select Edit Occupancy Pricing.
Verify the base number of people, enable the extra guest fee toggle, and input the price per additional occupant.
Save changes. For further adjustments, contact BDC support.
This step-by-step tutorial walks you through connecting your Booking.com account with your Channel Manager, ensuring smooth rate and availability sync and booking delivery.
To initiate the connection:
If you're a new customer, register your property first on BDC.
If you're an existing customer, log in to your Booking.com extranet.
Open the desired listing in BDC.
Then:
1. Log into your Booking.com Extranet and open your desired listing page.
2. Click on the Profile icon in the top right-hand corner and then Connectivity Provider.
3. If your listing is connected to another channel manager, click on the Switch to a new channel manager button. You may be required to confirm a code sent to you by SMS/email.
NOTE: !!! Before connecting to BDC, make sure that you have fully set up your Listing, Unit Type, and Unit on Zeevou and BDC listing, or you will end up getting bookings flowing into system-generated units that will be a lot of manual work to then put right. !!!
4. Ensure that you have selected the correct Pricing Model. It is set to Room-Based by default, but if you charge different rates based on occupancy, you need to select Occupancy-Based. This must be done before you request a connection to Zeevou.
5. Under Channel Manager’s Name, click on Search for Providers and type Zeevou.
6. Click on Connect.
Once you receive the connection activation notice then copy your Listing ID for mapping:
Go to app.zeevou.com and click on Listings.
Open your desired Listing.
Click on Manage Channels in the top right.
Select Booking.com Logo from pool list.
In the new page you need to fill these items:
Channel Hotel ID: Booking.com Property ID / Hotel ID.
Connection Name: Use to give a name to your connection to make it easier for searching the connected channel account.
Default Multiplier: Use to set the rate multiplication factor applicable for all room types.
Default Surcharge: Use to have surcharge applied on all the room types.
Rate Pricing: Select rate pricing model as set up on Booking.com.(Default connection type is Room based.If you want to push extra guest fees, please ask Zeevou support to confirm your connection as Occupancy based.)
Currency: Property currency Should be the same as set up in Booking.com.
6. Click Next to proceed to mapping
You will see:
Booking.com Room-Rate (BDC rate plan ) list.
Zeevou Room Name (Unit Type) & Zeevou Rate Name (Rate Plan) list.
For each room/unit type:
Select the corresponding Zeevou Room Name and Rate Name.
Click Map to open the configuration popup
Configure mapping: You should continue mapping flow based on Rate Pricing model selected on Step 1 section 4:
Room Based:
When configuring Room-Based pricing, the following settings help to set rates:
Single Occupancy: For single use rate, select the checkbox. When selected, an option will appear to allow you to set up multiple rates.
Applicable No of Guest: Select applicable number of guests. Rate will be based on what is received from the Zeevou for the applicable number of guests.
Rate Multiplier(X) / Surcharge(+/-): To increase/decrease the rate by a percentage and/or fixed value. You can use either option or both simultaneously based on the requirement.
Example: To increase the rate by 10%, need to enter 1.1 in the first multiplier box or enter 0.90 to decrease the rate by 10%. Similarly, to increase the rate by a fixed value of 5, enter 5 in the surcharge box or -5 to decrease the rate by 5.
Occupancy Based:
When configuring Occupancy-Based pricing, the following settings help to set rates:
Number of Guests:Click on '+' to add additional rows as per occupancy. We will push out the rate for that occupancy to match the maximum number of guests.
Rate Multiplier(X) / Surcharge(+/-): To increase/decrease the rate by a percentage and/or fixed value. You can use either option or both simultaneously based on the requirement.

After mapping:
Navigate to Channel Connection Details.
Change the status from INACTIVE to ACTIVE by clicking on the info alert icon under the Hotel ID.
Click on Yes to confirm activation.
Status will update LIVE in green.
