How can I disconnect/unmap my property from channels?

To remove the mapping of your property, you need to do the following.

1. 1. Go to Listings and click on your desired property.

   2. Click on Manage Channels.

Airbnb

1. Click on Map in front of Airbnb

2. Click on Unmap Listing sign and accept to proceed.

3. Then click on the key in the black square

4. Click on the Remove and accept to proceed

   

Booking.com/ Agoda/ Expedia

1. Click on the Key in front of the channel.

2. Click on Remove.

HomeAway

1. Click on Map in front of HomeAway.

2. Click on Unmap Listing sign and accept to proceed.

After removing all the mappings of the property,  finalize the processes by turning off the toggle of Apply to Channels on Rate Plans card, under Pricing & Availability tab.
