Airbnb
For Type A connection:
Log into the host Airbnb account.
Navigate to your Profile -> Privacy & Sharing -> Services tab (or click https://www.airbnb.com/account-settings/privacy-and-sharing) and click on Remove Access.
Note: Removing this account will delete all mappings associated with it. Unmapping a property individually is not possible, as shown below.
2. Log into app.zeevou.com, go to Listings, and click Manage Channels in the top right.
3. Select Airbnb.
4. In front of the property name, click on the three dots menu and select Remove Property.
For Type B connection:
Go to Listings and click on your desired property.
Click on Manage Channels.
Click on Map in front of Airbnb.
Click on the Unmap Listing sign and accept to proceed.
Then click on the key in the black square
Click on Remove and accept to proceed
Booking.com
For Type A connection:
Log into Booking.com Extranet and open your desired listing page.
Click the Profile icon in the top right corner, then select Connectivity Provider.
Click on the Disconnect button. Choose the Reason for disconnecting and click on the Disconnect button again.
Log in to app.zeevou.com, go to Listings, and click Manage Channels in the top right.
Select Booking.com.
Navigate to Property Settings.
Click on the three dots in front of the property name and select Remove Hotel.
For Type B connection:
Go to Listings and click on your desired property.
Click on Manage Channels.
Click on the Key in front of the channel.
Click on Remove.
Expedia
For Type A connection:
Log into Expedia.com Extranet and open your desired listing page.
Navigate to Rooms & Rate on the left menu, and click on Connectivity Settings.
You will be prompted for a Verification Code.
Click on Manage services.
Click on Disconnect, then click Next.
Finally, click Confirm.
Log into app.zeevou.com, go to Listings, and click Manage Channels in the top right.
Select Expedia.
Navigate to Property Settings.
Click on the three dots in front of the property name and select Remove Hotel.
For Type B connection:
Go to Listings and click on your desired property.
Click on Manage Channels.
Click on the Key in front of the channel.
Click on Remove.
Agoda
For Type A connection:
Ask the Agoda support to remove the channel manager from the desired listing.
Log into app.zeevou.com, go to Listings, and click Manage Channels in the top right.
Select Expedia.
Navigate to Property Settings.
Click on the three dots in front of the property name and select Remove Hotel.
For Type B connection:
Go to Listings and click on your desired property.
Click on Manage Channels.
Click on the Key in front of the channel.
Click on Remove.
VRBO:
For Type A connection:
You can contact your VRBO support to unmap it for you.
For Type B connection:
Go to Listings and click on your desired property.
Click on Manage Channels.
Click on Map in front of Vrbo.
Click on the Unmap Listing sign and accept to proceed.
