When you set a new Rate Plan, it is automatically set for Manual Booking. To do so, go to Listings -> Unit Types -> the Pricing & Availability tab -> the Rate Plan card, and click on View & Edit Details.
When you create a rate plan, the toggles of Direct Booking Website and Channels are on as default. You can disable them by turning off the toggle(s).
