Note that before any step, if you log in to app.zeevou.com and see the below figure in your Listings Dashboard page, please follow Connection Type A Instructions. Otherwise, go ahead with Connection Type B Instructions.
Log in to app.zeevou.com, go to Listings, and click Manage Channels in the top-right.
Select Agoda and click on Connect.
Follow these 2 steps to get connected:
Step 1. How it works : Tick Attestation, then click Save & Next.
Step 2. Further Instructions:
Click on Yes
Tick I Confirm I have contacted Agoda and am ready to start connecting my inventory
Click on Connect.
Synchronize Your First Property:
You will be prompted to synchronize your first property. Click the button labeled “SYNCHRONISE YOUR FIRST PROPERTY.”
Check if Your Property Is Already Listed on Agoda:
Before proceeding, determine whether your property is already listed on Agoda.
A. If “Yes” (Property is listed):
a. Log in to your Agoda extranet.
b. Ensure the connection to QuickConnect is established.
c. Paste your Hotel ID and click Next.
B. If “No” (Property is not listed):
a. When prompted to enter a Chain ID, click “Add New Chain ID.”
b. Enter the number 0 to proceed. Once completed, we recommend informing the Agoda team so they can verify the connection from their side as well.
Then, verify the Currency, and click Next.
In front of your desired Agoda room name, click on Select Properties Button.
Select the desired property from the dropdown menu and click on Next.
Then, click Manage 1 Rate and select Activate.
Adjust the number of people in pricing under Advanced, set the markup percentage if needed, and click Save.
1. Contact Agoda Support by email ([email protected]), phone or by raising a ticket through their support system and ask to update Channel Manager to Zeevou (STAAH) for all your listings before starting the mapping steps.
Note that you can begin the mapping process upon receiving the confirmation email.
2. Log into app.zeevou.com and go to the Listings Dashboard.
3. Open your desired listing and click on Manage Channels in the top right corner.
Note: If you are using Safari, the new pop-up window might not open. Please follow the steps mentioned here.
4. Select Agoda Logo from pool list.
In the new page you need to fill these items:
Channel Hotel ID: Agoda Property ID / Hotel ID.
Connection Name: Use to give a name to your connection to make it easier for searching the connected channel account.
Default Multiplier: Use to set the rate multiplication factor applicable for all room types.
Default Surcharge: Use to have surcharge applied on all the room types.
Currency:Property currency Should be the same as set up in Agoda.
6. Click Next to proceed to mapping.
7. You will see:
Agoda Room-Rate (Agoda rate plan ) list.
Zeevou Room Name (Unit Type) & Zeevou Rate Name (Rate Plan) list
8. Then, for each room/unit type:
Select the corresponding Zeevou Room Name and Rate Name.
Click Map to open the configuration popup.
Note 1: Each Unit Type and Rate Plan in Zeevou must be mapped separately.
Note 2: Repeat this step for each rate plan in Agoda, or ask Agoda support to make them as derived rate plans.
Configure mapping:
9. the following settings help to set rates:
Number of Guests:Click on '+' to add additional rows as per occupancy. We will push out the rate for that occupancy to match the maximum number of guests.
Rate Multiplier(X) / Surcharge(+/-): To increase/decrease the rate by a percentage and/or fixed value. You can use either option or both simultaneously based on the requirement.
Extra Adult/Child/Bed: We have 2 options here.
a. Extra Adult/Child: Configure rates for the Extra Adult and child.
b. Extra Bed: Configure rates for Extra bed for Adult and Child.
Example: To increase the rate by 10%, need to enter 1.1 in the first multiplier box or enter 0.90 to decrease the rate by 10%. Similarly, to increase the rate by a fixed value of 5, enter 5 in the surcharge box or -5 to decrease the rate by 5.
10. Then, click SAVE.
Navigate to Channel Connection Details.
Change the status from INACTIVE to ACTIVE by clicking on the info alert icon under the Hotel ID.
Click on Yes to confirm activation.
Status will update LIVE in green.
NOTE: Future bookings for Agoda are not imported automatically. Please create them manually in Zeevou or use the Booking Import Instructions.
