Zeevou Access Levels: The Guideline to User Permissions

  • Host Blaze has access to all the features with no restrictions in Zeevou.
  • Office Staff Finance Blaze has access to all the features in Zeevou except for creating a Brand in Marketing.
  • Office Staff No Finance Blaze has access to all the features in Zeevou except that they cannot perform any Financial actions in Booking (This is pending until the Office Staff approves them). They cannot edit or add any Investor Profiles, Deal Templates, and Investor Deals. They do not have access to the Performance of Sales, Occupancy, and Profit.
  • Host Glow has access to all the features in Zeevou except for viewing and editing Cleaning, Maintenance, My Tasks on Tasks Dashboard and adding or editing Financial Accounting. They do not have access to the Performance of Sales, Occupancy, and Profit, either. 
  • Host Spark has access to all the features in Zeevou except for creating and editing a booking, viewing and editing Cleaning, Maintenance, My Tasks on Tasks Dashboard and adding or editing Financial Accounting, Payments, any Investor Profiles, Deal Templates, and Investor Deals. They do not have access to the Performance of Sales, Occupancy, and Profit, either. 
  • Investor Finance and Guest Data (Blaze) can view Guest Names and financial details, view and edit Rates, create a Promotion, create and edit Booking & Blocked Date, view and edit Rates.  On the Booking Dashboard, they can only view Staying Guests, Booking Graph, Revenue Graph, Bookings’ Financial View, Summary, the Guest, but cannot create and edit a Booking, view Booking’s Property Dashboard, Unit No. Graph, Licences and the Property List (Property, Unit Types, Units). 
  • Investor Finance and No Guest Data (Blaze) can view financial details but not guest names. They can create and edit Booking & Blocked Date.
  •  Investor No Finance Glow can view guest names and financial details, create and edit Blocked Date (created by themselves). They can import Airbnb Listings and view Guests (Individuals & Corporates).
  • Housekeeper Blaze can view Calendar, Booking Summary and Operations, Cleaning, Maintenance, Staff Leaves, and Notifications.
  • Check-in Staff can view Guest Names (Individuals & Corporates), financial details, Booking Summary and Operations, Staff Leaves, and Notifications.
  • Receptionist can view Guest Names and financial details, edit Booking, view and edit Rates. On the Booking Dashboard, they can only view Staying Guests, Bookings’ Financial View, and Summary, but cannot create and edit a Booking, view Booking’s Property Dashboard, Unit No. Graph, Licences, and the Property List (Property, Unit Types, Units). On the Task menu, they can view and edit Cleaning, Maintenance, create, view and edit Blocked Dates. They can view and edit Guest Names (Individuals & Corporates). They can also view Leaves and Notifications.
  • Sales Agent can view only the Rates & Availability Calendar and Profile Notifications.
  • Housekeeping Manager can view the Rates & Availability Calendar, Operations, and Profile Notifications. On the Task menu, they can view and edit Cleaning, Maintenance, and My Tasks. They can also view Leaves and Notifications.
  • Zeevou Support has access to all the features with no restrictions in Zeevou.
