How to Create Saved Responses

Saved Response is a time-saving solution that lets you create and reuse commonly used phrases in your emails and conversations. 

To do so, go to the Unified Inbox dashboard, click on Manage Inbox and select Saved Responses

On the open page, you should insert the Internal Name on the General Info card.

On the Message card, you can also insert your Subject and message through the Variables. You can also select the sending method from the drop-down menu. Note that the default is Email. You can click on Add Attachments if you have any to add.

Finally, click on Save & Close.

Note that you can Edit or Delete each response by clicking on the three dots next to them.
