4. Brand Settings

To configure your Brand Settings, go to Marketing -> Brand Settings. On the Settings dashboard, there are five tabs: Contact Details, Booking, Finance, Messaging, Task and Localisation .

Under the Contact Details tab, you can add and edit the Contact Info and Social Media. The Contact Info includes Web Address, Email Address, Phone Number and Address which will be displayed on your Direct Booking Websites and Automated Messages. On the Social Media card, you can add your desired ones which will be displayed on your Automated Messages and Website.

Under the Booking tab, you have two cards to set conditions for Check-in Ready and Auto Check-out. You can click on Manage Conditions in the Check-in Ready card to set your desired conditions. A Booking will be marked as Ready for Check-in once all the selected conditions have been met. This can be used as a trigger to release check-in instructions/access codes. 

On the Auto Check-out card, if you turn on the toggle of Auto Check-out, it will automatically update the Booking status to ‘Checked-out’ at midnight after the scheduled check-out date.

Under the Finance tab, you have three cards: Custom Transaction Cost, Bank Account Info and Invoice.

You can implement a custom transaction cost setting that specifies the average percentage fee charged for credit card payments by turning on the toggle of Apply a Custom Transaction Cost on Credit Card Payments and inserting the Average Percentage. Finally, click on Save.

You can also insert your Bank Account Info and click on Save.

On the Invoice card, you can select the sections you want to be displayed on your Invoices. To do so, you should turn the toggle on.

Under the Messaging tab, you have three cards for Email Signature, Inbox Integration, and General Messages. Note that if you have more than one brand in your organisation, you can configure these settings per brand.

Under the Task tab, you have the Housekeeping card for setting the housekeeping task toggles, including Auto-approval and Mandatory Housekeeping Photos. If you turn the Auto-approval on, it will remove the requirement for you to manually approve completed tasks once submitted by your housekeepers. If you turn on the toggle of Mandatory Housekeeping Photos, you will ask Housekeepers to take at least one photo of every room before being able to submit a cleaning task.

Under Localisation tab you can select the nights leading into the weekends. For example, for countries with Saturday-Sunday weekends, select Friday and Saturday nights. This ensures the price difference applies to the correct nights.
