Why is my property not appearing in search results on the website?
Is your property not appearing in search results? This guide covers the two most common reasons: ensuring a unit has been created and that rates are correctly set in the calendar. A simple troubleshooting guide for users on our Spark, Glow, or Blaze plans.
Make sure you have:
created a Country, City, Property, Unit Type, and a Unit. If no units have been added, nothing will show in search results.
rates showing in Rates & Availability Calendar under Calendar.
