Messages Tab in Booking View

Never miss a message again! Get notified when your Automated Message condition is met. Keep track of all your messages under the Messages Tab on the Booking View Page and take control of your notifications.

You can see the list of all Automated Messages Notifications created for the booking and their status.

If a message is Sent, it will be green and you can click to Preview or Try Resending on the Scheduled Automated Messages card under the Messages Tab.

If it’s Sending, you can click on the eye icon to Preview the message. 

If it’s Pending, it is not green and will be sent based on its condition. You can click to Send Now or Preview.

Make sure your messages are always sent. With the Messages Tab in Booking View, you can easily see the sending status of all your automated messages, send them now, or retry if they have failed. Get full control over your messages with the Messages Tab.

Note: You can click on the Unified Inbox icon on the top right to check other messages not created by the automated messages.
