# Home Page Icons

BLearn how to navigate the top-right corner of your Zeevou dashboard: Create bookings (+), check alerts (🔔), access help (❓), adjust settings (⚙️), and manage your profile. Navigate your dashboard efficiently!

## Access Messages and Support

The **Messages button** is located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Select Messages to open the messaging window. You can:

-   Ask a question.
    
-   Report an issue.
    
-   Request a new feature.
    
-   Submit a Service Request.
    

Use this section to communicate with the Zeevou team and request assistance.

## Top-right Dashboard Icons

There are five icons in the top-right corner of your Zeevou dashboard. From left to right, they provide access to booking creation, notifications, support, settings and your profile.

### 1\. Create a New Booking (+)

Select the **Plus (+)** icon to open the booking creation window. You can use this shortcut to create a new booking directly from your dashboard.

### 2\. Notifications (Bell)

Select the **Bell icon** to open your notifications panel. Here, you can review recent notifications about activity in your Zeevou account. Select a notification to access the related information.

To view older notifications, select **Load More**, where this option is available.

#### Manage Notification Settings

You can customise which notifications you receive and where you receive them.

To access Notification Settings:

1.  Select the Bell icon.
    
2.  Select the Gear icon in the notifications panel.
    

Alternatively:

1.  Select your Profile icon.
    
2.  Open Profile.
    
3.  Navigate to the Notifications tab.
    

You can manage notifications relating to:

-   Bookings
    
-   Task Management
    
-   Finance
    
-   My Tasks
    
-   Blocked Dates
    
-   Messages
    

Changes to your notification preferences are saved automatically.

### 3\. Zeevou Support (Question Mark)

Select the **Question (?) icon** to access the [Zeevou Help Centre](https://zeevou.com/support/). From here, you can search for answers, browse onboarding guides and find step-by-step instructions for using Zeevou.

### 4\. Settings (Gear)

Select the **Gear icon** to access your account and operational settings. The menu includes the following areas:

-   Online Check-in Process
    
-   Automated Messages
    
-   Settings
    
-   Integrations
    
-   Staff Management

### 5\. Profile

Select the **Profile icon** to open your account menu. Here, you can:

-   View your currently logged-in role.
    
-   Open your Profile to manage your personal information and preferences.
    
-   Access your Account options.
    
-   Log out of Zeevou.
