Messaging API allows hosts and guests to communicate through channels like Airbnb. Messages from channels supporting the API will appear in Zeevou's Unified Inbox. So, you can reply to these messages directly in Zeevou.
Click the gear icon and select Automated Messages.
On the Automated Messages dashboard, click on the gear icon and select OTA Autoresponder from the options.
Configure your autoresponder message:
A drawer opens where you can activate Pre-booking Enquiries. (This message will be sent in response to the first message received pre-booking.)
Select Send Time, Start Time, End Time, and Time Zone.
Insert the message in the box under Body.
You can also activate Guest Bookings. (This message will be sent in response to the first message received that is associated with a booking.)
Select Send Time.
Insert the message in the box under Body.
Finally, click Save.
Note 1: To ensure important messages are delivered, it is recommended to send them via email as well due to varying conditions affecting API message delivery.
Note 2: The autoresponder works at the brand level. Once it is properly set up for a specific brand, automatic replies should function as expected.
