You can view Guest pending Reviews at the bottom of the Booking landing page. Each card includes the review numbers, guest’s name, post date, booking number, rate, guest’s review text and the name of the property.
You can click on Publish or Dismiss. If you click on Publish, the review text will be displayed on the property website; otherwise, you can click on Dismiss to ignore the review.
Note 1: A confirmation window will appear after clicking on the Publish button.
Once published, you click on three dots and select Mark as Featured to make this review visible on your Direct Booking Website.
Note 2: You can view all Reviews and their status by going to Marketing-> Reviews tab. You can also click on three dots to do more actions on them.
