To delete a property, you must first ensure that it has no associated data. This includes bookings, expenses, or active channel connections.
Deallocate or remove any existing bookings.
Delete any historic expenses or expense lines.
If the property is connected to a channel, disconnect it from the channel side first.
Log in to Zeevou
Access your account using your login credentials.
Go to Listings
From the main menu, navigate to the Listings section.
Select the Property
Click on the property you want to delete.
Open More Options
In the property view, click on the More dropdown menu located at the top right.
Delete the Property
Select Delete Property and confirm the action when prompted.
A property cannot be deleted if it has active bookings, channel mappings, or associated expenses. Ensure all related data is removed before attempting deletion.
