# Invite Team Members

Steps to invite a team member to assist with set-up.

If you want to add a team member to help with setup, follow the steps below.

Make sure:

-   The person’s email address is **not** already being used under another Zeevou account.
    
-   You have **Admin access** to your Zeevou account.
    
-   You know which [**role**](https://support.zeevou.com/en-gb/articles/143-72-create-staff-profiles.md#heading-9-staff-roles-available) they need.
    

## Create a New Staff Member in Zeevou

Follow these steps:

1.  Log in to [**https://app.zeevou.com**](https://app.zeevou.com)**.**
    
2.  Click the **Gear icon** in the top right.

3.  Select **Staff Management**.
    
4.  Click on **New Staff.**

5.  Enter the team member’s details.
    
6.  Select their **role**. (**Host** role allows them to add listings.)
    
7.  Click **Create.**

### After Adding the Staff Member

-   You’ll see a confirmation message.
    
-   The login details will be emailed to the team member.
    
-   They can log in and continue the setup.

_Note_: Each email address can only be linked to **one Zeevou account per organisation**.  
(You can’t invite someone who already uses Zeevou under another organisation.)
