Once Type A connection is integrated:
Enquiries appear in the unified inbox alongside other guest messages.
Each enquiry includes key booking details:
Reservation ID
Property name
Arrival and departure dates
Number of guests
Guest name
Guest message (if provided)
This setup ensures you have all relevant information at a glance when managing enquiries.
You can reply directly to guest enquiries from the unified inbox.
Your responses are sent back through the Type A connection platform.
The full conversation thread is maintained within the unified inbox, making it easy to track all interactions.
The system clearly indicates that leads cannot be confirmed or rejected at this stage—they are simply enquiries.
When a new enquiry arrives, the system will:
Automatically create a contact record for the guest.
Save the guest’s name and contact details as provided by Type A connection.
Show the guest's enquiries in the guest's profile under the booking tab.
This ensures guest details are stored for future reference, even if the enquiry does not immediately convert into a booking.
