The editable row is only displayed when the deposit status is one of the following:
NOT_AUTHORIZED
AWAITING_AUTHORIZATION
NOT_APPLICABLE
However, even when the editable row is visible, editing will be disabled if any of the following conditions apply:
The booking status is anything other than Cancelled.
The booking is finalized or marked as finalized.
