To customize documents and automated messages with your brand name, use dynamic variables such as @CompanyName. These placeholders automatically pull your configured company or brand name into messages like Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Booking Confirmations, and more.
To do so, follow these steps:
Open the relevant section where you'd like the brand name to appear (e.g., Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Booking Confirmation).
Use the variable system, as shown in the image. Start typing @comp and a dropdown will appear with options like:
Company Name
Registered Company Name
Company’s Registration Number
Select the appropriate variable, such as Company Name, from the list. This will insert a dynamic placeholder like @CompanyName into the document.
Save your changes. When documents or messages are sent to guests, the system will automatically replace the variable with your actual brand or company name, as defined in your property/account settings.
Note: If you haven’t yet set your brand/company name in the system settings, make sure to do that first so the variable populates correctly.
