First, set default settings, such as minimum age or arrival or departure time, if you have more than one listing.
Set Listing Defaults:
1. Go to the Listing Dashboard.
2. Click Set Listing Defaults.
3. Configure your global settings, including Minimum Age and Deposit requirements, for all your listings
Then, go to the Listing Dashboard again and create your first property listing using one of the following methods:
Option A - Import from Airbnb: (Watch the video)

Click "Import Airbnb Listing"
Enter your Airbnb listing URL (the one guests see when viewing your listing)
Click "Import"
When finished, click on "Complete Draft"
Complete the Wizard
Go to the listing and complete the details of your listing.
Option B - Create Manually:

Click "Add a Listing" in the top-right-hand corner of the Listings Dashboard
Select "Create a Listing"
Complete the Wizard
Go to the listing and complete the details of your listing.
Set up your property rates using one of these two methods:
Option A - Manual Rate Setting (Available to all users):
Go to Calendar > Calendar Toolbox
Select "Create Rate"
Set your desired pricing parameters
Click "Save"

Option B - Dynamic Pricing Integration (Available to Glow and Blaze:
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the page. Navigate to Integrations
Choose your preferred pricing tool:

Beyond Pricing
Wheelhouse
Follow the integration setup process
Upload your logo and customise your visual identity.
Upload Logo:
Go to Marketing > General Settings >Website Settings> Theme and Design > scroll down to Brand Identity.
Upload your company logo in the recommended format.
Save your changes.

Personalise Your Visual Identity:
Navigate to Marketing > General Settings > Theme and Design.
Configure your brand elements:
Choose your primary and secondary colours.
Select fonts for headings and body text.
Preview changes and save your customisations.

Define the guest data you need and add your Terms & Conditions.
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Select Online Check-in Process.
Customise each tab to suit your preferences.

Customise automated messages for various touchpoints. (watch the video)
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Select Automated Messages.
Review and customise the default emails/SMS as needed.
Note: Add additional messages as required.

Click the gear sign and select Integrations.
Find the Payment Gateway you have an account with (Stripe, PayPal, Elavon, WorldPay, or Opayo)
Click on the icon and continue the integration process.
Note: To use a card for the security deposit or payments, turn on the toggle in the Settings.
Ensure your property management settings are configured correctly.
Click the gear icon in your Zeevou Dashboard.
Select Settings from the menu.

Your Calendar is open by default for all future dates. Manage your property's availability through these essential calendar settings:
Block Off Unavailable Dates:
Navigate to Calendar > Calendar Toolbox
Select "Create Blocked Date"
Choose the dates you want to prevent bookings for

Import Existing Bookings: (for Blaze and Glow)
Go to Bookings in the Main Menu.
On More in the top-right corner, and select Import Bookings in Bulk (Excel).
Follow the Booking Import Guide to import your current reservations from external platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
View all imported bookings on your calendar.
