Setting a Stop Sell in Zeevou allows you to control booking availability for specific properties, rate plans, and conditions. This feature helps manage availability by preventing or allowing bookings based on your preferences. Follow the steps below to apply Stop Sell effectively:
Steps to Set Stop Sell
Log into app.zeevou.com and navigate to the Rates & Availability Calendar.
Scroll to your desired Property/Unit where you want to apply the Stop Sell.
Drag and drop your desired date range.
A pop-up will appear with multiple options. Locate the Override Stop Sell toggle:
To stop selling (prevent bookings): Select Prevent Bookings.
To allow bookings: Select Allow Bookings.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Note that you can set Stop Sell for specific rate plan(s) and/or days of the week. To do so,
Log into app.zeevou.com and go to the Rates & Availability Calendar.
Click on the Calendar Toolbox drop-down menu and select Create Rate.
Select your rate type. You will be directed to the Rate Settings wizard.
Find the Override Stop Sell toggle:
To stop selling (prevent bookings): Select Prevent Bookings.
To allow bookings: Select Allow Bookings.
Click Next to proceed to the Apply To section.
Select your desired Rate Plans to apply the changes.
Click on Complete to finalise the process.
Stop Sell in Rate Rules helps you automate booking restrictions based on specific conditions, such as channels, direct bookings, or advanced settings in each rate rule. By enabling Override Stop Sell, you can control availability without manual updates. To do so,
Log into app.zeevou.com and navigate to the Pricing -> Rate Rules and select your desired Rate Rule.
Turn on the toggle of Override Stop Sell on the Actions card.
To stop selling (prevent bookings): Select Prevent Bookings.
To allow bookings: Select Allow Bookings.
Click Save to apply the changes.
