Forward Your Emails to Zeevou

Having all your communications unified in one inbox is highly advantageous as this ensures you never miss an important message. This guide will show you how to forward your emails to the Zeevou Unified Inbox, eliminating the need to open different platforms and providing access to both your emails and guests’ messages in one place.

 

Forward Your Emails to Zeevou Unified Inbox

On Your Zeevou Dashboard:

  1. Log into your Zeevou account.

  2. Click on the gear icon on your Zeevou dashboard.

  3. Click on Settings from the menu.

  4. If you manage multiple brands, choose your desired one.

  5. Go to the Messaging tab.

  6. Under Inbox Integration, click on Generate Forwarding Address to create an email automatically ([email protected])

  7. Copy the generated email address.

In Your Business Email Account (which differs from your Zeevou account):

  1. Click on the gear icon and then See all settings.

  2. Go to Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.

  3. Click on Add a forwarding address.

  4. Insert your email in the pop-up window.

Autorise Staff Access to Your Emails

If you are too busy to check all the messages yourself, you can give your staff access to your email:

  1. Under the Messaging tab, go to General Messages.

  2. Click on the pencil icon next to Authorised Recipients.

  3. Add your staff email addresses to give them access to your emails.

Now that every step is done, you are going to receive all emails on your Gmail account also on Zeevou Inbox.
