For new customers we must have to register first on Silverdoor Apartment. In order to connect or register with the Silverdoor Apartment, property is required to fill the form over the Silverdoor Apartment Website.

In order to activate the connection, you can contact your account manager from Silverdoor Apartment and request enabling the connection with STAAH channel manager.
Log into app.zeevou.com and go to the Listings Dashboard.
Open your desired listing and click on Manage Channels in the top right corner
Select Silverdoor Apartment Logo from the pool list.
Fill out the fields which will pop up as displayed below:
XML Username: Provided by OTA
XML Password: Provided by OTA
Channel Hotel ID: Silverdoor Property ID/Hotel ID
Connection Name: Select room type(s) to be mapped.
Surcharge Multiplier: Use to give a name to your connection to make it easier for searching the connected channel account.
Default Multiplier: Use to set the rate multiplication factor applicable for all room types.
Default Surcharge: Use to have surcharge applied on all the room types.
Markdown Tax Percentage: Silverdoor Apartment allocates bookings with the total amount inclusive of all taxes. The channel doesn’t pass along any tax value charged for bookings in XML. To calculate tax and pass along values, place the amount of taxes applied on Silverdoor Apartment
Once details have been updated, click on Save button so it will redirect to the mapping screen.
Upon the mapping screen, you can see the list of Silverdoor Apartment Room Type/Rate Plan along with Zeevou Room Type /Rate Plan.
Silverdoor Apartment Room Type and Rate Plan Details - Select the corresponding Room Type and Rate Plan to map
Zeevou Room Type - Select the corresponding room type(s) to be map.
Zeevou Rate Plan - Select the corresponding rate plan(s) to map.
7. MAP - Click on MAP and It will ask to set up Mapping configuration for a specific rate plan:
Applicable No of Guest: Select applicable number of guests. Rate will be based on what is received from Zeevou for the applicable number of guests.
Rate Multiplier(X) / Surcharge(+/-): To increase/decrease the rate by a percentage and/or fixed value. You can use either option or both simultaneously based on the requirement.
Example: To increase the rate by 10%, need to enter 1.1 in the first multiplier box or enter 0.90 to decrease the rate by 10%. Similarly, to increase the rate by a fixed value of 5, enter 5 in the surcharge box or -5 to decrease the rate by 5.
Disable Functions: If required, you can disable availability and/or rate updates. Generally used for non-manageable mapping.
Disable Availability: Upon Disable Availability, no inventory and/or rates will be managed via channel manager and no updates will be pushed to OTA.
Disable Rates: Upon Disable Rates, only inventory will be managed via channel manager and only inventory will be pushed to OTA.
Fixed Min Stay: Use to set the fixed minimum stay rule for the particular rate plan. This will override the Minimum stay value pushed through the ARR request.
8. Save - Click on Save to complete the Rate Plan mapping.
Note that you should repeat steps 6- 8 based on the active number of Room Names/ Rate Names in Zeevou.
9. Once the mapping is completed, you need to activate connection. Return to channel connection details module > change status of channel to ACTIVE and save. This action will automatically trigger a full update to the channel.
10. Click on INACTIVE to Active the channel. Alternatively, go to ‘Channel Mapping’ > click on Silverdoor Apartment .
11. Click on 'Inactive' > Change status to Active > Save.
