Spark Users (Free Plan)
However, video meetings are not available on the Spark plan. You’re welcome to learn more about potential upgrades or features, such as Modular Pricing, by booking an introductory session here:

Glow users who are attending their first onboarding meeting, schedule it here:

Note that there is only one session, which can be extended to two or three sessions until everything is set up and ready to start.
For further help, you can request a follow-up video session by contacting your Partner Success Manager.
Once you’ve completed at least one onboarding session, you can also track your progress via your PSM’s email or submit a ticket for follow-up.
Blaze, and Dazzle Users should contact their own Partner Success Manager.
